Designing the physical experience of a financial institution's flagship headquarters — where every material choice communicates stability, transparency, and human scale.

Context

Banks have spent decades building environments that communicate power and permanence. Our client wanted something different: a space that communicates care.

Methodology

We ran a series of co-design workshops with client-facing staff and customers — mapping the emotional geography of trust in a financial relationship.

Deliverables

Material palette, lighting specification, furniture brief, acoustic treatment strategy, staff interaction guidelines, and a complete brand environment manual.
